I'm glad we kept all the documents and computer records. We experienced high pressure to sign an extended contract with ZERO guarantee. After following cancellation procedures in the first three days, two months later they issue contradictory bills, tell us the "manager" we spoke to wasn't really a "manager." You've been warned consumers- high pressure, no results, no clear way to cancel, confusing/misleading documents. If you want to spend hours on the phone debating unscrupulous sales people, sign up with TruTech.
